  1. What is your return policy?

    Returns : You may return new, unused items within 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging, in new condition and resalable. Opened blister packs, opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, software, video games, computers, video consoles, cartography, special orders, custom made orders are not returnable unless defective. Shipping and handling cost is not refundable and the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item, and for ensuring that the item is shipped with insurance and tracking. All returned merchandise will be assessed up to 15% restocking fee.

    Defected items, warranty and repairs: All items we sell as NEW are new and unopened factory sealed items. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

    Items damaged during shipment: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact us within the 2 next days so we can get the situation resolved quickly with the carrier. We may need to file a claim and / or carrier may directly contact you to investigate the damage.

    Wrong item sent: If an item has been sent to you as the result of an error on our part such as an incorrect item or duplicate order, please contact us immediately for an RMA# and we will issue a full refund or replacement order at the purchaser's option.

  2. What locations do you ship?

    We ship only within continental U.S street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O boxes or APOs or to AK, HI, PR or other countries.

  3. How is your shipping charges calculated?
    Very simply. We usually ship orders UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping cost per order is $8.95 for ground and $24.95 for overnight.

  4. What is your order processing time?
    Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment. We try hard to make sure inventory of items are correct. However, rarely, we may have an item ordered not in stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock but available, we will inform you estimated time of arrival as a choice of delivery and if you prefer not to wait we will issue you full refund if the payment is made.

  5. What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover using Google Checkout or PayPal. If you do not want to use Google Checkout or PayPal, you can still pay picking PayPal as your choice and pay through PayPal as a guest.
