Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We ship only within continental U.S street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O boxes or APOs or to AK, HI, PR or other countries.


Orders are usually shipped next day. In the rare event that the item is back ordered or discontinued, we will email you the estimated time of arrival or availability for the item so you can decide to cancel o r wait for the item.


Once your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number.


We have one flat fee per order. Ground is $8.95. Overnight is $24.95. During check out you will have the option to pick ground or overnight as your shipping choice.


Returns : You may return new, unused items within 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging, in new condition and resalable. Opened blister packs, opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, software, video games, computers, video consoles, cartography, special orders, custom made orders are not returnable unless defective. Shipping and handling cost is not refundable and the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item, and for ensuring that the item is shipped with insurance and tracking. All returned merchandise will be assessed up to 15% restocking fee.



Defected items, warranty and repairs: All items we sell as NEW are new and unopened factory sealed items. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.


Items damaged during shipment: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact us within the 2 next days so we can get the situation resolved quickly with the carrier. We may need to file a claim and / or carrier may directly contact you to investigate the damage.


Wrong item sent: If an item has been sent to you as the result of an error on our part such as an incorrect item or duplicate order, please contact us immediately for an RMA# and we will issue a full refund or replacement order at the purchaser's option.
